each day do:
🔥 one thing that makes you hotter
🧖🏻‍♀️ one thing that makes you calmer
📈 and one thing that makes you better

for example, today, my HCB morning was touching up the curls in my hair and putting in my contacts, throwing in a load of laundry, and setting my June intentions.
yesterday, it was a full glam day with makeup hair skincare and even eyebrow wax at home, creating a to do list, and jamming out in the far to my favorite songs on the way to an appointment.

the best part of this is that you are ALWAYS in control, and this will never feel like a bore or a chore. customize it each day depending on your time, energy, and effort you can give to it.

morning routines ⟶ these always felt overwhelming, restrictive and honestly got so mundane and boring… that I ended up not doing it at all…

so I decided to find something that works for ME 💖🫶🪩✨

so each morning, I do only 3 things… and they can be as simple or extravagant and creative as I’m feeling that particular day!

ONE THING THAT MAKES ME HOTTER
ONE THING THAT MAKES ME CALMER
ONE THING THAT MAKES ME A BETTER MOM

here’s some examples of what that could look like for ME:
HOTTER 🔥 skincare, blow dry, cute outfit, eyebrows, self tan, drink water, put in contacts, teeth whitening or just teeth brushing, take my vitamins,
CALMER 🧖🏻‍♀️ journaling, meditation, stretching, lighting a candle, tidying up, enjoying coffee, sitting outside, listen to a podcast or great music
BETTER MOM 🎀 listen to an audiobook, find a new activity to try, tidy up to clear my mind, have a dance party, contact nap, reading a book together,

ya girl is RETIRED 🪩✨🍾🥂

well, okay - not RETIRED per se, but that sounds fun right?!

I shared with my corporate role that I will not be returning from maternity leave. This decision was made after months of consideration, research, hard work, tears, cheers, conversations, celebrations, and more.

On one hand, as a true acheiver, this is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I LOVED my job, my coworkers, my company. I loved the growth I experienced while working there and the sense of achievement I had as a result. I worked for years to get into the role I held, and it brought me so much joy. I loved the impact I had, and routine that came with the consistency of a traditional 9-5.

On the other hand, this is the most exciting thing I’ve ever done. I GET TO DO MY DREAM JOB & more importantly, I get to be with 🐝 for all of her moments and memories, big and small. I’ve dreamed of being an “influencer” before I ever really knew what that was - back in HS days working in retail and finding the best of the best items, to my early 20s where people would forever ask where I got this top or that dress, to my meek attempt at starting to share outfits on IG over 10 years ago.

So, here I am : Amanda Roe, full time influencer, mom & small business owner ♡

I’m so beyond thankful for each and every one of you because NONE of this would be possible without you here ♡
